Elena Kihlman studied Fashion and Textile Design at the Aalto University of Helsinki in 2002 while founding her studio where she designed clothing and leather bags for Finnish and Italian companies. She moved to Rome in 2005 and opened her first store in 2009. Drawing upon her Finnish background, Elena is inspired by nature, and eco-friendly sustainability in all of her work. She combines her Scandinavian roots, Italian manufacturing know-how and cosmopolitan experiences living in Russia to create unique lifestyle oriented products.
